Shipping & Returns

1.                You must be of legal age to make online purchases in your state.

2.                While Www.graceamano.com strives to maintain its next day to 2-3 day average time-to-ship, please allow some items up to 3-5 days time-to-ship. We make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim toward ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.) No refunds or cancellations will be offered until after 2 weeks if we can not provide your products.

3.                Attn Grace A Mano Customers: All items ian order will be considered an individual order, for reasons out of our control no full refunds will be issued based off carrier shipping delays. Store credit will be issued immediately and after 2 weeks we will issue refund if not shipped. 

4.                Www.graceamano.com will ship to any physical address in the US. Www.graceamano.com will ship to P.O. Boxes and will not ship outside of the US at this time. 

5.                If the customer provides us with the wrong address, the customer is liable for all shipping charges or we will refund order less all shipping chargers plus 25 percent restocking charge.

6.                Www.graceamano.com preferred carrier is USPS, and all shipping will be completed through them unless otherwise specified. All orders are free to ship unless out of US or expedited arrangements are made

7.                All billed and ship times are counted in business days only. Our business days correspond with those of USPS, our preferred carrier. Www.graceamano.com honors all holidays acknowledged by USPS, and follows a M-F work week.Return Policy & Warranty

Customer service is a top priority at Www.graceamano.com. You may return defective items within 30 days of received by date as indicated by your tracking information. Our policy covers any defective items, dead on arrival items and items that do not appear as listed on the website.

Items damaged by miss-use or improper care are not covered by our policy! If you received items that you do not know how to use, please feel free to contact us for proper care instructions and more in depth information on your items. We are happy to help.

Please note that return shipping is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received wrong item(s).  Should you receive the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date to our Returns address after contacting us, in most cases a return label will be provided to you. 

Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must include all items that come with your item. If still available please include the packaging that your item came in.All returns are subject to case by case exceptions. Please contact us if you are having a problem with your items and we will do our best to help you.

How to return to Www.graceamano.com:Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). 
Please include your name, contact information and order number.
